Edwin Quintanilla - Youth Ministry Director
Edwin has a deep passion for mental health and for supporting those who are often overlooked. In his full time role at Atlas, he walks alongside his mentees, helping them find the resources they need and offering consistent encouragement. He brings this same heart and experience to his work with the teens at Heartlands, where outreach plays a central role. Edwin not only values outreach in his own life but also teaches students how to engage with it and build meaningful connections. As a teen, he was deeply impacted by a mentor who truly saw him, and now, he’s committed to giving that same gift to the students, men, and individuals he works with each day. Edwin and his wife, Ella, enjoy cooking, spending time with friends, board games, and love to go camping or on road trips.
