We have some new group leaders, so if you enjoyed the group you were in previously choose that as your first choice when you sign up again.
For those who are joining for the first time, you can rank which group you prefer to be in.
On the sign up, it will show you who the leaders are and the day and time the group meets.

We want to start the study over the next couple of weeks, so please sign up ASAP!

Following Jesus is not possible on our own, but is an act of WE. Everyone means EVERYONE, not because it sounds good, but because the Church needs everyone.
WE join God in His mission.
WE are a body that moves and grows together.
WE need all gifts and all people, moving together to discern what God has in store for Heartlands in this next year.
Let’s (WE) love God, ourselves, our neighbors, and be Jesus TOGETHER.
Who WE are as a congregation, striving to follow Jesus is not made up of me, or of us and them, but as WE.
As things continue to change week by week, stay connected to what’s happening at heartlands. Use the button below to sign up for text message or email updates, or both! You can opt out anytime.
We would love to pray for you during this time. Any prayer requests that are shared are sent to our Shepherds who handle information in strict confidence with our Staff. Just fill out the form and let us know how we can pray for you.
Finding the counseling that you need can be tricky. We’ve put together a referral list of male, female, marital, child/adolescent counselors, as well as psychiatrists in the area. We hope this list helps you find what you need!
To help you engage in our worship services and stay connected at Heartlands;
